INTRODUCTION
Industrial Starch is made of grains and tubers. It is used both food and other industries. The basic raw materials, machineries and the production technology are very simple and could also be acquired locally without the need to import.

RAW MATERIALS
Maize (corn, this may not compulsorily recommended as it is one of the major cereals and its availability)
Cassava tuber (cassava is a popular tuber that is grown all over the state and could be therefore be reliable for production)
Availability of Raw materials: Cassava is available all around the state in Nigeria.

PRODUCTION PROCESS
